How To Install Rooted Lollipop Firmware On AT&T Galaxy S5

  • Download G900A OC4 Stock Rooted Firmware as well as G900A OC4 Stock Partitions wOA1 BL and put them on the internal memory of your phone.
  • Open FlashFire app on your PC and accept Term and Conditions.
  • Press the (+) sing twice to open the “Actions” menu.
  • Click on “Flash firmware package” and select the G900A_OC4_Stock_Rooted_Firmware.
  • Wait for FlashFire to scan the firmware. It may take few minutes.
  • Press OK to continue and once the md5 is confirmed, enure that both “Boot” and “System” are selected.
  • Press the checkmark to continue.
  • Press the (+) again after that press “Flash Zip or OTA” and select G900A_OC4_Stock_Partitions_wOA1_BL.
  • Under the options, uncheck “Auto Mount” and press the checkmark to continue.
  • Press (+) again to open “Actions” and then select “Wipe”.
  • Under the “Options” menu select all partitions expect “Internal Storage”.
  • Press the checkmark to continue.
  • From the main menu, tap, hold and drag your “Actions” and place them in the following order.
  1. Wipe
  2. Flash firmware package
  3. Flash ZIP or OTA

Use default settings under “EverRoot” and “Reboot” options.

In the end press the lightning bolt and then press OK to begin the flash. The screen will turn black and then it will display the contents of your system before beginning the flashes.

Once the installation process complete, the phone will reboot. It will pause for about two minutes on the AT&T splash screen. Once the phone completely reboot, you are done.
