How to Install Viper4Android and Dolby Atmos Android Nougat 7.0 & 7.1.1

Download Viper4Android 2.5 for Android 7.0 Nougat

This MOD works perfect in most of the stock firmware but this doesn’t mean it may not fail for some device. So always make a backup of the current files and if possible do a Nandroid backup.

• File Manager. Install your favourite file manager from Play Store. A good one is ES File Explorer and Root Explorer.

Please Note: The following Mods are compatible only with Android devices running AOSP based ROMs or CyanogenMod, Lineage OS based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow up to Android 7.1.2 Nougat.

How to install the MOD

• DOD and put it into phone internal memory.
• Turn off your phone and boot into recovery.
• Make a full Nandroid backup.
• Go to the install section and flash the MOD.
• After the phone turns on, configure the options properly.

Open the file manager and go to /root/vendor/etc and rename the audio_effects.conf to audio_effects.conf.bak. Close the File Manager and open Viper4Android. It will ask to download some drivers. Just do it and wait for a while until it installs the drivers. This might take some time. Once it is completed, reboot the device enjoy Viper4Android on Android Nougat.
