CyanogenMod CM 12 Android 5.0 Lollipop finally is available for Xiaomi Mi3. It is an unofficial build that has all the features of Lollipop. The ROM is stable enough and it can be used as daily driver. Only few things doesn’t work on this ROM, like NFC and Bluetooth connectivity, USB-OTG and Camera. How to install CM 12 – CyanogenMod Android 5.0 Lollipop on Xiaomi Mi3

• Download the above files.
• Put them somewhere on your phone where you can easily find them.
• Turn off the phone.
• Turn it on again but this time in Recovery. Do it by pressing Volume Up + Power Key.
• Once the phone is in Recovery do a Factory Reset, Wipe Cache and Format System.
• Go back to main screen.
• Flash the ROM.
• Flash Gapps.
• Reboot.
• Enjoy!

That’s all. Wait for the phone to turn on. The first boot may last longer than normally, so it’s nothing to worry. Just sit back and relax. In a few minutes your phone will be running Android 5.0 Lollipop.
