Emoji icons pack can be installed only on Android 4.4 KitKat and later. The early versions of Android don’t support Emoji. The good news about Galaxy S4 is that it is updated to Android 4.4.2 KitKat and it supports Emoji perfectly.
In the previous version 4.3 of Android, those small faces were only black and they didn’t look good at all. Thanks to Emoji those pictures are colourful now and look better.

At first we have seen Google Emoji, but later a Samsung firmware update replaced Google Emoji with Samsung’s own icons. There is not to much changes only some faces look different. You have the chance to use both of them.
But if you don’t like neither Google Stock KitKat Emoji nor Samsung’s icons, you have the chance to download iOS (iPhone & iPad) Emoji icons on your Galaxy S4. Apple has included Emoji icons in its devices many times ago before Android so most of the people are used with them.

Download files from links above.- Extract them.
- Open the extracted folder and check if the extracted files have .ttf extension.
- Copy the files and paste them on System > FontsFonts
- Reboot your phone.
Wait for your phone to turn on and enjoy the new iOS Emoji on your Galaxy S4.
